Broke a gallon of water, spilled along the floor
Got a stream slippin through the door
Kicked the trashcan all the way to the other wall
Knocked the ashtray down while I was tryin to take your call
Tonight's the night the goth chick wanted to come and hang out
But I totally forgot that's what we'd planned
There's clothes and wrappers everywhere
And Parks is playing Final Fantasy II
But she seems cool so I'm sure she'll understand
I don't ask people why they go through life complaining
And I don't ask about the way their girlfriends run their days
I'd appreciate if I could have just one hour
One hour's all I want of no one knockin what I'm paid
