Strychnine Vertigo
written by: Jak Locke

from Songs for Cello at Night (2004 May 16) (1:10)
Fingerprints on the window screen, disheveled and unkempt
A masterpiece of solitude, to society exempt
Screaming silence constantly, sicker by the day
Just another dead limb strewn across the way
Remnants of a vision too joyous to be real
Growing cloudier beneath a thickening time seal
Nobody stops moving, appear and exit from the scene
Just me and happy shotgun leaning on the window screen

never performed live
